Pay and manage your account
Tri-Star Community Management, LLC has managed Thousand Oaks since August 1, 2022. Your balance, assessments, ACC fees and deed-violation status all live on their owner portal.
Get on the owner portal
The CINC portal is open around the clock. Use it to check your balance and pay your annual assessment, or your ACC fee and deposit, by e-check or credit card.
Go to Tristar.cincwebaxis.com (opens in a new tab) and click Register in the toolbar at the top of the page.
Watch for the email the portal sends you, and set your password from it.
Log in with that password to see your account and make a payment.
3.25% fee for credit card payments; $1.99 fee for e-check payments. Questions about the portal go to the community manager at info@tristarcm.net.
Ways to pay
Assessments are collected by Tri-Star Community Management. They are due January 1 and become delinquent February 1.
