Getting through the gate
Thousand Oaks is a gated community. Owners who have just bought here should email the gate administrator for instructions before moving in. Allow two weeks. The gate opens for a toll tag (EZ TAG, TxTag or NTTA) or a clicker from the management company, and ownership is verified.
