Code.
Additional Dedicatory Instrument. In addition to the Dedicatory Instruments identified in the Notice, the following document is a Dedicatory Instrument governing the Association:
Certificate of Secretary of Thousand Oaks Property Owners Association,
Inc. regarding Guidelines for Parking on Unpaved Surfaces.
A true and correct copy of such Dedicatory Instrument is attached to this Supplemental Notice.
This Supplemental Notice is being recorded in the Official Public Records of Real Property of Montgomery County, Texas for the purpose of complying with Section 202.006 of the Texas Property Code. I hereby certify that the information set forth in this Supplemental Notice is true and correct and that the copy of the Dedicatory Instrument attached to this Notice is a true and correct copy of the original.

1 Cobet Kiehaber , Secretary of Thousand Oaks Property Owners Association, Inc. (“Association”), do hereby certify that in the open session of a properly noticed meeting of the Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Association, duly called and held on the
24H. dayof__Sene 2021, with at least a quorum of the Board members being present and remaining throughout, and being duly authorized to transact business, the
- & - following Resolution was duly approved by a majority vote of the members of the Board.
RECITALS:
1. Texas Property Code Section 204.01 0(a)(6) gives the Association, acting through the Board, the authority to regulate the use, maintenance, repair, replacement, modification, and appearance of the properties under the jurisdiction of the Association.
2 The Board of Directors desixes to adopt guidelines regarding parking vehicles and trailers on unpaved surfaces (including, but not limited to, grassy areas, landscaped areas, dirt areas, and flower beds) on a Lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board of Directors of the Association hereby agrees to the following:
GUIDELINES FOR PARKING ON UNPAVED SURFACES
1. “Lot as used herein means: (a) any plot of land under the jurisdiction of the Association that is restricted to residential use; and (b) alf tracts of land in Reserve E, Thousand Oaks, Section One (1).
2 For the purposes of these Guidelines, sidewalks, and walkways on a Lot (whether paved or not) shall be considered to be an unpaved portion of the Lot

3. “Inoperable vehicle” as used herein shall mean any type of vehicle or trailer that: (a) is not in operating condition (including a flat tire); or (b) does not have a current registration sticker (if required by law) displayed on the vehicle; or (c) is prohibited for any reason from being operated on the streets and highways of the State of Texas.
4 Unless otherwise expressly permitted by the applicable Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, no automobile, truck, motorized vehicle, boat, inoperable vehicle, camper, tractor, recreational vehicle, boat trailer, all-terrain vehicle, four-wheeler, trailer, motorcycle, or any other type of vehicle or trailer shall be parked on any unpaved portion of a Lot.
Thereby certify that I am the duly elected and.acting Secretary of the Association and that this Policy was approved by not less than a majority vote of the Board of Directors as set forth above and now appears in the books and records of the Association, to be effective upon recording in the Official Public Records of Real Property of Montgomery County, Texas.
